Course information

This qualification pertains to individuals engaged in planning, implementing, and assessing leisure and health activities and programs for clients in various sector areas. These workers can be found in residential facilities, community agencies, and day centres, where they perform specialised duties related to leisure and health. Although they have accountability for their tasks, they operate under the supervision of others, either directly or indirectly, while adhering to organisational guidelines.

To attain this qualification, candidates must have completed a minimum of 120 hours of practical work, as specified in the Assessment Requirements of the competency units.
