Course Content
Course Content Overview

We all want an exciting future, we want to enjoy our lives and life on our own terms. To do this we need to constantly develop our knowledge, health and skills to cope with challenges. To not only enjoy opportunities but also take advantage of situations where we are not comfortable.

Focusing on four pillars:

  • Education
  • Strength and conditioning (this includes access to Diamond Fitness Performance Centres as well as programs coordinated by a Diamond Fitness sports scientist. This is complimentary with the course & is valued at $2,500 per annum.)
  • Mental Skills
  • Environment

Using this framework we develop each student individually identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement. Terms 1 and 2 focus on developing a student profile. Terms 3 and 4 are used to create a plan and strategy for the next 12 months. This planning is a skill the student can replicate again in the future to consistently operate at their best!
