Course information

Our Certificate IV in Community Services is designed for students aiming for employment in the community services industry. Graduates will gain the skills to design and deliver person-centred services to individuals, groups, and communities.

Upon completing this course, graduates can work autonomously within established parameters and may be required to supervise and lead other staff in various projects or teams. Work may take place in contexts such as community service, casework, or case management, providing support, advocacy, or interventions across a range of services.

Entry Requirements
  • Completion of grade 10-12 or equivalent
  • Demonstrate a satisfactory level of Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) abilities
  • Must be able to obtain a federal police check
  • Students may need a COVID-19 vaccine to begin work placement
